About me

I’ve been an occupational therapist for 18 years in a variety of settings, mostly in home health. I am a wife and a mom to a daughter and son. I grew up in Maryland and attended Towson University in Baltimore. I have traveled the country as a travel therapist and lived in California for several years before settling in Wilmington. I love Wilmington for the beaches, the mild winters, and the not-too-big, not-too-small feel. I am an animal lover as well as an athlete, having spent much time playing soccer, running, and training for triathlons.

As a therapist, I have fallen in love with being able to visit my clients in their homes. This allows me to get to know them on a more personal level as well as tailor my treatment activities to their real life environment. I feel passionate not just about getting clients stronger, more balanced, and more independent in their daily activities, but also helping people re-engage in leisure activities that they have loved previously but have gotten away from or haven’t been able to perform. My clients goals are my goals! I pride myself in providing top notch customer service and compassionate care.
